Bagi teman-teman yang account Yahoo.com-nya di hack, tidak bisa mengakses account yahoo.com, menerima e-mail bahwa password di ubah padahal tidak. Maka ada baiknya melaporkan ke Yahoo.com, caranya,
- masuk ke situs http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/security/general.html
- Isi informasi
What is your name and Yahoo! ID? Name: (Optional) Yahoo! ID: What is your email address? Email Address: Confirm Email Address What are you writing about? Enter additional information here:
- Pilih pada menu "What are you writing about?"
I gave my password to someone and now am now unable to access
- Jika di perlukan "Enter additional information here:" tulis dalam bahasa Inggris berbagai hal yang lebih detail untuk meyakinkan yahoo bahwa kita adalah pemilik yang benar dari account tersebut.
- Tekan tombol "Submit"
